Perhaps, like me, you like your entertainment somewhat mentally stimulating. If so, see if you can switch the letters in these words around to, more or less, aptly describe them. I'll give you a couple of examples.

The letters in "postmaster" can be rearranged to "stamp store". The letters in "the eyes" can be rearranged to "they see".

6. eleven plus two = twelve plus one (my apologies: I gave the wrong clue)

8. conversation = rant on, voices
9. snooze alarms = Alas, no more Zs
10. television programming = Permeating living rooms
